[random] Private Preview of the Affordable Art Fair 2017 + The Providore + Sushi Goshin

Baby was invited to the Private Preview of the Affordable Art Fair 2017 which was held at the F1 Pit Building. Both Baby and I are art lovers, and we always relish the opportunity to view art!








We had a splendid evening at the art fair, and we felt that this year's instalment was much bigger as compared to the previous ones. There were more art exhibitors and more showcases on different type of art pieces.


My Sat-date OOTD at Downtown Core!



Baby and I had a good chill-out session on a Saturday afternoon, and we visited the flagship outlet of The Providore which is located at Downtown Gallery. We enjoyed the 1-for-1 drink deal during happy hour, and we shared some fries to go along with our drinks.


Thanks Downtown Gallery for the treat! We love weekends, as we got to spend some quality time together. I personally feel that the Downtown Core area makes for a perfect Saturday outing as the as the surrounding area is quieter and more relaxing too.


Last weekend, together with Baby and Auntie Vi, we attended a Malay Wedding which was held at Marsiling Community Club in the afternoon. The bride is our neighbour, and the family invited us over to witness the wedding ceremony. We gave our blessings before leaving the venue, and we received some bottled-honey as appreciation gifts for attending the wedding.


After we came back from the wedding, I spent a relaxing afternoon at Baby's place, and Auntie Vi cooked dinner for us. Thanks so much for the lovely dinner, and I love the Salted Egg Prawn very much!


I end my post with a random Monday dinner at Sushi Goshin, VivoCity to lighten up my Monday blues. I love the sushi very much, as they were charged at only SGD 0.80/piece! The damage was SGD50, and this meal was a small treat from me to my dearest Baby. Thanks for dropping by my humble space, and I hope you enjoy my little updates on my daily life!

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
