Birthday celebration at P Bistro, Palais Renaissance.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my lovely Dearie, Meryl!

 
2 days before her actual birthday, a group of us (Fif, Joanne, Jasmine, Ryden and yours truly) arranged a dinner celebration at P Bistro which is located at the Palais Renaissance.

 
 
 We started off with Truffle Fries + Sweet Potato Fries, and they are perfect snacks to start our meal.

 
Birthday gal and I had Nonya Dory served on Fresh Banana Leaf.
 
 
Fif and Jasmine had Prawn Aglio Olio Pasta.
 

 
Joanne ordered Duck Confit for herself while Ryden had Medium-rare Steak.
 
 
We got a slice of Hazelnut Chocolate Cake for Meryl.  

 
Happy birthday and many sweet returns. Enjoy your day!

 
We had a wonderful time there and we chatted about everything under the sun.
 
 
I went shopping at Temt again VivoCity, and I picked up a graphic top at a sale price of SGD9.95.
 
 
I end my post with my hauls from Lovisa! I love accessories and I will never get enough of them.

 Thanks Claressa for asking me along to join her for the preview screening of Planes at GV VivoCity.   --- Posters of Planes ---         I was thinking to myself during the show, has PIXAR run out of ideas to make a movie? This movie has all the hallmarks of a standard PIXAR movie, such as Cars/Wall-E/Toy Story, with the looks and graphics being the same.     The movie, Planes is a carbon copy of 'Cars' with both the films logo being similar. Oh well, seems like a rip off to me!       The film focuses on Dusty Crophopper (voiced by Dane Cook), an ambitious crop-dusting plane that predictably spends his days flying over tall grass spraying fertilizer. [Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
