I got pampered with the scrumptious goodness of The Inspired Chef ice-creams as they are specially handcrafted by locally renowned chefs, all thanks to F&N Creameries!

 
The inaugural range of The Inspired Chef Artisian Ice-cream featured flavors by chefs Pang Kok Keong of Antoinette, Janice Wong from 2am:dessert bar and Willin Low of Wild Rocket.

 
F&N Creameries is no stranger to Singapore's ice-cream scene as it has served many homes with classic ice-cream flavors under the flagship F&N MAGNOLIA, Meadow Gold and King's ice-cream brands. F&N collaborated with local culinary experts to introduce a range of artisanal ice-cream, The Inspired Chef. Together with their knowledge and passion for desserts along with their top notch culinary skills, they have formulated The Inspired Chef recipes that are reminiscent of all the wonderful tastes.

 
Chef Willin Low of Wild Rocket was inspired by his favorite childhood snack, 'gong tng' also known as Peanut Brittle when creating Double Peanut Fudge.
 


A combination of Western cuisine with a local flavour, Double Peanut Fudge promises a heavenly peanut butter ice-cream infused with bits of crunchy peanut candy brittle and drizzled with dark chocolate fudge.

 
I love this dessert as it reminds me of my childhood times, when everything seem to be so innocently sweet. All I have to do is just experience them in my own wonderful way!

  
Chef Pang Kok Keong of Antoinette goes classic with Raspberry Cheesecake Rumble - the velvet goodness of cream cheese ice-cream swirled with freshly handpicked raspberry coulis, is topped with humble butter crumble for an added crunch.
 
 
I am so into it, that I will try this flavor soon though it was not part of the delivery.
 
 
For those who are more adventurous, they can opt for a special creation of White Chocolate & Black Sesame ice-cream which is a harmonious combination of luscious white chocolate ice cream and savory black sesame.

 
The Inspired Chef ice-cream is retailing at SGD14.90 a pint (473ml). Consumers can also purchase these ice-cream online via www.inspiredchef.sg
