Your Sunday date with Lucify at Dragonfly

I am attending Lucify music showcase on the 28 Aug 2011 (Sunday) at Dragonfly... Are you a die-hard fan of J-Rock? If you are one of them , join me there for a night of great music performance.  


Wondering what is the meaning of 'Lucify'? Well it means 'Dawn Bringing' in Greek. Lucify is a J-Rock influenced rock band that was rose from a popular local TV programme, Channel U 非常 Superband and they came in as the Top 4 Finalists (2nd Runner Up).
Apart from releasing recording albums with Warner Music, Lucify performed in major events and venues like the Singapore Indoor Stadium and staged along with popular overseas artistes such as Energy, Mayday, Beyond, Jolin Tsai, Zhang Zhen Yue, Tank, Milk and Lee Sheng Jie etc. Soon after, it came to a halt when the band took rest and concentrated on each individual's musical endeavours. Now the band come back and continues to evolve, and they will performing 'LIVE' on stage again for the REUNION Concert!
Their comeback drew in tremendous crowds, fans and supporters, their popularity had reached out to the masses, crowding events that formed long lines to meet the band. The independent band proved their charm to be significantly stronger and have marked an established presence on both stage and media.

[Nights with Netflix] Screening of Next Gen

Thanks Hpility , for extending your invite to me to attend the 'Nights with Netflix' event. This event was to check out Netflix's Singapore office, as well as to catch a special preview of an awesome screening! photo credits to hpility.sg   Netflix Singapore's office is located at Marina One West Tower , and it looked splendid! How I wish I could work in such a wonderful environment! The pantry looks just like an eatery place, and was well stocked with drinks, snacks and even cup noodles!   Nextflix won the global rights to stream the movie 'Next Gen' , and this newly animated movIe debuts on the 7th of September 2018 .  'Next Gen' is a family-friendly movie with pretty good computer animated visuals for a non-Disney/ Pixar/ DreamWorks production.     This film, 'Next Gen' was based on a short online comic from the Chinese Multimedia Company 'Baozou' .
